Open your profile and choose “Connect TON”. Approve the connection in your wallet. Talents only ever sees your public address — your keys and seed phrase always stay with you.

A client profile lets you post jobs, review proposals, and hire. A talent profile lets you showcase your work, send proposals, and get paid. You can switch between them anytime from the header.

When a contract starts, the agreed budget is locked into an escrow smart contract on TON. The funds are held safely on-chain and released to the talent as each milestone is approved — so clients only pay for accepted work and talents are guaranteed the budget exists.

As soon as a client approves a milestone, the smart contract releases the corresponding amount in TON to your connected wallet — usually within minutes, not weeks.

All payments and escrow happen in TON, settled on The Open Network with low, predictable network fees.

If a client and talent cannot agree on a milestone, either side can open a dispute. Escrowed funds stay locked until the dispute is resolved, so no one can walk away with money for work that was not delivered.

No. Talents is fully non-custodial. Your money lives in escrow smart contracts and your own wallet. We never take custody of funds and can never access your private keys.

On the login page, click “Forgot password?” and enter your email. We will send you a link to reset it. If you sign in with Telegram, you can simply use Telegram to log back in.
